Returns
Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 days. If 31 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same delivery conditions and in the original packaging.
Download files are not returnable items.
To complete your return, we will request proof of purchase (in our case, the purchase confirmation email).
Please do not take your order back to the lab.
Refunds
Once your order has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the product. We will also inform you of the approval or not of the refund.
If approved, your refund will be made to your bank account or the same method you used to pay, with a certain margin of days.
Late or nonexistent refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Contact your bank, it always takes some time to officially receive the refund.

Changes
We only exchange products if they are in poor condition or defective. If you need to exchange it for the same product, send us an email and we will tell you how to proceed.
